We undertake ConnectRight campaign

We’re chuffed to say that we’ve been chosen to plan, design and build the ConnectRight website – a digital campaign led by the Environment Agency and the National Misconnections Strategy Group.

The ConnectRight campaign aims to increase public awareness of the problem of the UK’s misconnected domestic plumbing. Water pipes which are connected to incorrect drains lead to the equivalent of around 16 Olympic-sized swimming pools of sewage entering the UK’s rivers every day.

Our brief is to build a campaign and website that will increase awareness of the issue and provide information on how homeowners can resolve wrongly plumbed pipes.

Browser has proved to be fantastic at giving the project focus and direction. Not only has the project benefited from their technical expertise, but they have also worked hard to refine the campaign’s audiences, messaging and direction
